By accessing or using Skylight Family Planner ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Skylight is a family planning application that provides calendar management, chore tracking, meal planning, shopping lists, and related features for families.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with other users, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take your privacy seriously and handle your data as described therein.

6. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time. Account deletion is subject to a 7-day grace period, during which you may cancel the deletion request. After 7 days, your data will be permanently removed.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
